This is a promotional, non-CME/CE program intended for appropriate US healthcare professionals (HCP’s) only. No guests or relatives of HCPs are permitted, unless they are also appropriate HCP attendees. HCPs in any of the following categories are prohibited from participating in a meal and must select “Meal Opt Out” on the sign-in sheet: federal employees, Minnesota prescribers and Vermont-licensed HCPs. In addition, for “promotional” programs only (i.e program content relates to a branded company product), New Jersey prescribers are responsible for complying with the regulatory meal limits—$15 for breakfast/lunch and $30 for dinner. As meals provided at promotional programs hosted outside of NJ may not conform to the NJ meal limits, NJ prescribers are prohibited from participating in such meals and must select “Meal Opt Out” on the sign-in sheet.
